At Guiding Families, we believe that everyone deserves access to quality social work services, regardless of their background or circumstances. We strive to remove barriers to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients. Our goal is to deliver a holistic family approach where the welfare and protection of children are paramount. As an independent social work provider, we undertake reports that offer a fair, evidence-based evaluation of the family's circumstances and work within agreed timescales throughout Hampshire and the surrounding areas. Our services cater to local authorities, solicitors in private practice, and the courts. Supporting Family Time for Parents in Private Law is also a key focus for us. We can provide supervised or supported contact within the community for families involved in Private Law Proceedings. Our evidence-based reports and assessments include a wide range of services, such as Parenting Assessments (including ParentAssess and CUBAS), Sibling Assessments (together or apart), visits for Local Authorities with children or families living out of the area, Risk Assessments, Observations and Supervision of Contact Reports with Assessment of Parent/Child Interaction, as well as Section 37 or 7 reports, Form F fostering assessments, and kinship assessments & viability.
